Sometimes I imagine life as a sprawl of disjointed of photographs, a series of still-lifes in sepia that preserve some kind of timeline.

Brian Matthew Pietrus is a recent graduate of Columbia College Chicago’s MFA program in Nonfiction, where he also taught in the First Year Writing program.
