Cameron Mount served as an officer in the US Navy from 2001 to 2007, rising to the rank of Lieutenant before leaving to pursue a career in writing and teaching. In 2008 Cameron earned his MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College. Evening Watch, his first chapbook, was published by the Ibbetson Street Press in 2009. He currently teaches composition at Brookdale Community College.
