Liza Case is the author of four full-length plays including The Unspoken Ones (Jane Chambers Student Playwriting Award; Stark Award for Drama) and Baby Strike!, (Honorable Mention, Jane Chambers Award). Her short film Destiny played on the Emmy-award-winning PBS show The Short List and on IFC. She founded and published the New York Independent Film Monitor. She has published essays in Killing the Buddha and the Hamilton Stone Review. Liza earned her MFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU. She lives in New York with her son, Harlan.
